You can submit your documents by uploading them securely through FTP or a Remote Access Server via VPN. Alternatively, we can use cloud-based platforms like Dropbox, Google Drive, or secure email based on your preference.

Document Processing

Our team will process the documents you have shared using your preferred software and following your Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). We can access your software through a Remote Server, such as Quickbooks Desktop/Enterprise, or web-based platforms like Quickbooks Online, NetSuite, Intacct, Xero.

Evaluation

Our supervisors will review and quality check all the processed files before making them available for your use.

Daily Reporting

You will receive daily reports, including any queries, summarizing the completion status of tasks for each day. This will help you stay updated and review the current status of the tasks assigned to our team.

Resolve Query

You can address any queries by resolving them as suitable, whether it's directly using your designated software, replying through email, using messaging apps, or scheduling a call with our team for complete resolution

REVIEW AND SIGN THE AGREEMENT

  1. We will quickly send you an e-Agreement that outlines the key terms and conditions of our engagement. This comprehensive Agreement covers the aspects related to the services, general working procedures, confidentiality, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Non-Circumvention, and other relevant clauses.
  2. Take your time to review the document carefully, and once you are satisfied, e-Sign the agreement to start the process. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have before signing—we are here to help.

MEET YOUR DEDICATED TEAM

  1. Moving forward, we will introduce you to the Advisory Team that will be working with you consistently.
  2. The assigned team will include a Manager and a Dedicated Point of Contact (POC) for all your day-to-day communications.

  1. The onboarding process begins with an introductory call with your designated team. The first phase usually involves IT setup, where the onboarding team evaluates your existing IT infrastructure for remote operations. They may suggest some changes, if needed, to ensure smooth and secure access to files for processing.
  2. After the IT setup, the training phase starts to familiarize the team with their roles and responsibilities. During the training, the team Manager actively participates in calls to understand your company's current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), propose improvements, and train the team for a seamless transition.
  3. We also implement continuous review and feedback mechanisms to ensure the team's performance meets your expectations and integrates well with your organization's operations.
