Submit Documents
You can submit your documents by uploading them securely through FTP or a Remote Access Server via VPN. Alternatively, we can use cloud-based platforms like Dropbox, Google Drive, or secure email based on your preference.

Document Processing
Our team will process the documents you have shared using your preferred software and following your Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). We can access your software through a Remote Server, such as Quickbooks Desktop/Enterprise, or web-based platforms like Quickbooks Online, NetSuite, Intacct, Xero.

Evaluation
Our supervisors will review and quality check all the processed files before making them available for your use.

Daily Reporting
You will receive daily reports, including any queries, summarizing the completion status of tasks for each day. This will help you stay updated and review the current status of the tasks assigned to our team.

Resolve Query
You can address any queries by resolving them as suitable, whether it's directly using your designated software, replying through email, using messaging apps, or scheduling a call with our team for complete resolution

Task Completed
Once all queries are resolved, the task is officially closed and marked as completed. This process is repeated for all tasks assigned to our team.
